The retreat will run from 9th - 16th January, with daily yoga sessions, yummy and healthy meals and plenty of surfing and exploring!
Our surf and yoga sessions are designed for all levels - from beginner to expert - lead by qualified instructors with a passion for what they do.
Surf lessons take place daily with our qualified surf team, searching for the best spot for your level and guiding you to progress safely.
Our daily Vinyasa flow yoga sessions will help you to relax and stretch your body, whilst calming the mind and building strength. A mix of classic vinyasa flow, pranyamic breathing and the all important poses to help your surfing, our sessions help you to relax and stretch, unwind and calm the mind, easing those tired surf-muscles, to leave you feeling refreshed and energised!
Everything you will need is included, from beautiful Moroccan accommodation to return Agadir transfers - we organise everything so that you can have a stress-free holiday, soaking up the sun and taking in the beautiful culture of Morocco.

What's the plan for the week?
At Azrac Surf Morocco, we are flexible with our schedule, and relying on the weather and nature, we like to go with the flow each day! Here is an example of a typical Surf Yoga Retreat day:
7:00 -8:00 Morning yoga/meditation
8:30 Breakfast at the poolside
9:30 Head to the beach for surfing
10:00 Surf warm-up followed by 2-hour group surf lesson
13:00 Lunch at the beach
14:00 ‘Free surf’ session with instructor feedback and supervision/Relax at the beach
16:00 Head back to the Surf Riad
17:30 - 18:30 Restorative sunset yoga session
20:00 Dinner in the Surf Riad courtyard
