By signing the booking form upon confirmation of your holiday, you declare that you have fully read, understood and accepted the terms & conditions as stated below:
HOLIDAY CONTRACT Your contract is with Azrac Surf Morocco Registered Address: Ait Soual, Tamraght, Agadir 80032
No booking contract exists between Azrac Surf Morocco and the customer until a deposit has been received. We reserve the right to refuse bookings at our absolute discretion, without explanation. Please inform us immediately if there are any discrepancies in the costs or details of your booking.
The person signing the booking form must read and accept these Booking Conditions. In the case of a group booking, the group leader or « lead name » must have the authority to sign on behalf of everyone in the group. The lead name will be responsible for the full cost of the holiday including, cancellations and amendment charges.
PRICES & DEPOSITS All prices are in EUROS unless otherwise stated. Upon making your booking the price of your holiday will not normally be subject to change. However, we reserve the right to increase or decrease prices due to variations in service charges, insurance/security levels or exchange rates. Once a booking has been made, discounts cannot be applied retrospectively.
Payment is required at the time of booking. The total balance of your holiday is due as soon as booking confirmation has been received.If the full payment is not received within 48 hours, we reserve the right to cancel your booking. Once confirmation of payment has been sent from Azrac Surf Morocco, the deposit (30% of total holiday cost) is non-refundable.
Balances paid to us upon arrival must be received in Cash (GBP, Euro, Moroccan Dirhams) will be converted with a certified online exchange company. We use www.xe.com. No conversion charges are applied to balances paid in cash. All balances due are fixed by us on the day you receive your confirmation form via email. Your balance is calculated in EUROS.
COVID 19 POLICY (INCLUDING RESTRICTIONS & CANCELLATIONS) Azrac Surf Morocco & Villa Azhar are not liable for any sickness that may occur during your stay. We will do our utmost to inform you and keep you updated on current requirements for entry into Morocco, but it will be your personal responsibility to ensure that you have received appropriate vaccinations and/or testing in order to enter Morocco and to travel to your onward destination. We recommend you read here for current guidelines, which may change with little notice. More info on travel guidelines and entry requirements for Morocco can be found here. Your booking deposit is non-refundable, but we will offer the option for you to reschedule your stay to a later date (subject to availability), free of charge for any of the following reasons:
Morocco is moved to the Red List for your home country
Moroccan borders close
You receive a positive PCR test result
The option to reschedule is valid for 12 months from the date of your original booking, unless otherwise stated.
GUEST CANCELLATION Please note that your deposit is non-refundable, under any circumstances. If you are required to cancel your booking you should notify to Azrac Surf Morocco immediately. The following charges and timescales will apply:
Cancellation over 6 weeks before arrival date - 30% of holiday cost (deposit)
Cancellation 4-6 weeks before arrival date- 50% of holiday cost
Cancellation 2 - 4 weeks before arrival - 75% of holiday cost
Cancellation under 2 weeks before arrival - 100% of holiday cost payable
CANCELLATION BY AZRAC SURF MOROCCO Azrac Surf Morocco reserves the right in any circumstance to cancel your holiday. However, in no case will we cancel your holiday less than 8 weeks before the scheduled departure except for reasons of ‘Force Majeure’ which include war, political unrest, strikes, acts of God, epidemics, pandemics, natural and technical disaster, closure of ports and aircraft or unless the customer defaults in the payment of the balance of the holiday price as specified above. In circumstances where we are unable to provide the holiday you have booked, we will return to you the full amount paid OR offer you an alternative holiday of a similar standard.
ALTERATIONS TO YOUR HOLIDAY BY AZRAC SURF MOROCCO It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your holiday, but occasionally small changes may be made, which we reserve the right to do at any time. Most of these changes are minor and we will advise you at the earliest possible date.
HOLIDAY TERMINATION & INDEMNITY While staying with Azrac Surf Morocco, customers are expected to behave in an appropriate and acceptable manner and are expected to accept responsibility for the conduct of themselves and their party. Should their behaviour threaten the condition of the accommodation or vehicles or seriously impair the enjoyment of other guests, Azrac Surf Morocco reserves the right to refuse to further accommodate the guilty party and contractual obligations will be terminated. The guilty party will also be liable for the cost of any damage caused.
TRAVEL INSURANCE It is your responsibility to obtain adequate travel insurance before your trip, for the entire duration of your stay. Azrac Surf Morocco accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, damage or injury to persons or property during their stay. Please refer to the Foreign Office website for advice on what your insurance should cover. We highly advise purchasing travel insurance that covers surfing. We recommend Big Cat Travel Insurance.
AIRPORT TRANSFERS Transfers from Agadir airport or Agadir bus station are included in our retreats for stays of 7 nights or more. It may sometimes be necessary to combine, on certain transfers, customers arriving or departing on more than one flight, which may require additional waiting time at your airport or accommodation. Sometimes our airport transfers are contracted to a local agency. Please note departure times are 3hrs prior to your flight departure from your accommodation. One arrival & one departure transfer is included per booking. If customers of the same booking group decide to arrive separately, additional charges will apply. GENERAL Azrac Surf Morocco holidays start and finish where stated on your invoice or booking confirmation. We are not responsible for your travel to or from this point or for any expenses incurred, caused by delayed return to your departure point.
EQUIPMENT & PERSONAL POSESSIONS Your equipment is your responsibility. Azrac Surf Morocco accept no liability for the loss, theft or damage of your equipment or possessions during your stay. Any loss or damage to Azrac Surf Morocco's hire equipment (boards, wetsuits etc) must be reported immediately and paid for in full prior to departure
ACCOMMODATION Your accommodation is available from 14:00 on the day of arrival, until 10:00 on the day of departure. On departure days, your room needs to be fully vacated by 10:00. Failure to vacate your room by this time may result in a late check out charge. The kitchen is for staff use only, and guests are not permitted to enter or utilise staff areas.
